How do I get replacement bristles for my brush bar? I have an upright corded model cleaner which wasn’t a problem with my late Springer Spaniel however my new one has a different coat and on various carpets the cleaner rolls hair into a ball and it stays there after the brush head has gone over, it doesn't make any difference whether the brush bar is being powered or if the front suction bar is down I can only suspect that the bristles have worn and need replacing. I can't find them on the spares list!
