We update the Dyson Link app regularly, so your machine always performs at its best.
Every release includes improvements, from bug fixes to performance updates and increased reliability.
This release also includes:
- An In-App re-branding in our ‘Lighting’ category - Lightcycle.
- Customer with a registered Lighcycle will now see the name changed to Solarcycle.
- This name change will appear in the In-App draw menu and as the products default name.
- The re-introduction of the In-App survey, which was removed in App Release - 5.1.21461 HOTFIX
- The addition of a process flow for In-App account deletion.
- A ‘Manage my account’ option has been added under the ‘My account’ tab in the draw menu.
- This new option directs users through to their regional Dyson website, where they can begin the process of deleting their account
- Improved ‘Contact Us’ function added.
- This new functionality allows for the addition of bespoke ‘Contact Us’ channels to be added in the future.
- Improved accessories purchasing flow for ‘Environmental Care’ owners, through the In-App ‘Shop parts and accessories’ option.
- This improved user journeys points users who need a filter replacement directly to the specific filter page on the website – rather than the parent ‘Spares and accessories’ page.
- Minor improvements to the In-App accessibility option(s) across our ‘Environmental Care’ range.
- Impacting current dominant pollutant, Airflow and Temperature settings.
