Should the local area network or WiFi access point change, by either having a replacement router or new broadband provider, you may need to reconnect your robot to the network to be able to use the Dyson Apps features.

Before reconnecting your robot to the Dyson App, you will need to ensure it is located on the dock and that the dock is powered on.

With the app open on the home screen, press the settings icon in the top right, then select ‘Your robot’s settings’. From here navigate to the ‘Remove robot’ option and select ‘Remove’.

Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the machine and reset the WiFi settings.
If you have multiple users connected to the app, they will each need to re-connect to the machine.

Once removed, simply reconnect your machine using the on-screen option.

What if the WiFi reset doesn’t work?

Should the WiFi reset be unsuccessful, please visit our ‘Guides and manuals’ support page. Selecting your machine from the available list and navigating to ‘Software download’. Then follow the on-screen instructions to download the ‘Reset WiFi’ software.

Once successful, simply reconnect your machine using the on-screen option.
