Before power outage scheduler works fine. After the general power outage, the purfier does not perform the schedules at the specified times. Need to power off and the dyson for the schedules to work again. My assumption is that the dyson gets its time info while the network while the router is recovering from the same booting up from the outage and has either no time set or the default time during its process. This seems to be fairly systematic (and rather annoying as its plug is behind a bookcase). Would like a SW fix, as outages happen at least once a year
I had a previously working schedule on my Hot+Cool Link. After the machine was unplugged for ~3 weeks whilst on holiday, the schedule has never worked since. I’ve deleted the schedule and created a new one (with different settings).Still no dice :( Any ideas please?
I have just taken delivery of a DYSON PURE COOL B DP04, this was a Dyson refurbished model to replace my DP01. That would no longer work with the app as it was 2.4GHz and not the required 5GHZ.It’s on my network, it’s regulating correctly on AUTO, upping the speed when needed. Has all my local information correct. BUT, I can’t use the schedule as it is greyed out. I’ve made every endeavour to do all the suggestions made on the forum none have been a success.I’ve made several attempts to contact DYSON, but the call stack times out and disconnects at about 10 minutes. WhatsApp doesn’t register at all. I’m still awaiting a call from them which I was promised would be within 30 minutes, that was 8 hours ago. This is not my only issue but I shall put the other problems into the relevant area. One machine no longer usable because of software, it’s replacement has software issues despite direct from Dyson themselves.I’m not a great techie, but manage, this Dyson situation is getting to be

Hi,I recently bought Dyson hot and cool purifier (HP02) for my kids bedroom.I would like to schedule everynight hot to 72 or something but I don’t see an option to schedule in hot mode.I only see cool mode, very disappointing. Will you please help me scheduling in hot mode. Edited by moderator – Tag amended/added
Could someone help me on how to delete a schedule? I previously added a schedule to my machine (pure humidify + cool) months ago. I am trying to change my schedule, but am not seeing the old schedule to delete. It only lets me set up a schedule, not edit or delete a previous one. My husband also has the App and it doesn’t show on his App either.
Goal: I want the Dyson Hot/Cool fan to run all night on cool at a low speed. At set intervals I want the Hot fan to come on and briefly heat up the room. Then I want the heat to switch off and go back to the low cool setup.Example:1. Start 7pm, Cool, Speed 1, Stop 8am next day.2. Start 1am, Heat, Speed 1, 22 degrees, Stop 1:10am.So this would look like:* 7pm to 1am cooling speed 1.* 1am to 1:10am heat 22d speed 1.* 1:10am to 8am cooling speed 1.* 8am shut off.Issue: In the above example, this does not happen. After the heat schedule finishes at 1:10am, the fan shuts off instead of continuing with schedule 1. That is:* 7pm to 1am cooling speed 1.* 1am to 1:10am heat 22d speed 1.* 1:10am shuts off.It looks like the scheduling will continue with schedule 1 ONLY if schedule 2 is before midnight. See attached screenshot.I could setup a third schedule to continue with schedule 1 settings however as there can only be 3 schedules per day I would not be able to add any other schedules. E.g. a s
Can you please add oscillation details (direction and swing) into the scheduler?I’m in a small place and have the fan pointing at my bed at night with swing on and my desk during the day with swing off. It would be great to be able to automate this so that I’m not fiddling with app settings twice a day. I’ve got a HP07(Edited by moderator – tags added)
I have an HP07 running in my office and have set a schedule in the app to turn on in Auto mode only during weekday work hours. I’ve noticed in recent days that the schedule doesn’t seem to be working - not turning off or turning on per the schedule. It seemed to be working up until fairly recently. Hello fellow Dyson enthusiasts. I just purchased the HP09 air purifier and it works amazingly. However I’m trying to create an auto event schedule… but the iOS app is a bit confusing. I would like to set the event for certain times at a certain temperature. All I see on the app is a cool button/link. Am I missing something? How do I set a temperature on a scheduled auto time?
