Dyson V15 Vacum time fluctuates

My Dyson v15 vacome time fluctuates.  Whne i turn it on after full charge, it says 45 min, then only using it on medium mode for 5 mins, its say 30-ish mins and then after a min, it says 33 mins.  Is there something wrong with th epower?

Trade in....do you just send back the basic machine? I can hold on to the tools that came with it?

I’ve been sent a trade in offer and nobody I know wants my V10 as I want to keep all the attachments if I upgrade. What exactly do Dyson expect back if you trade in? Thanks

Collection For Service Failed 3 Times!!

I got in touch with Dyson and arranged a service on my hoover and was told a collection date.I waited in between the hours of 8am - 8pm and my hoover wasn’t collected.so far, 3 separate collection dates have been arranged and 3 times they have failed to collect. That’s 36 hours of my time wastedi have had numerous conversations over the telephone now and they are absolutely useless. Each time I have been told that my case would be escalated and someone would be in touch with a solution within 24 hours. No one has ever been in touch. I wait and then it’s me that contacts them again.I’m a great believer in staying calm to resolve a problem and I have remained calm during each conversation I have had. My last conversation, I asked to speak to a manager as we needed to resolve things and the agent just kept talking over me, repeating the same apology and asking if there was anything else. Again I asked if I could speak to a Manager and again he repeated the same thing and put the phone dow

Replacement cleaner head for your Dyson vacuum cleaner. I have received several Emails from Dyson over the past few months to inform me that the above part is now in stock and available to order. I immediately try to order the part on receipt of the message from Dyson, whereon I am informed by the Dyson algorithm that the part is actually out of stock. Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this? Regards Paul

Hair Dryer Failure

Expensive hair dryer stopped working two months out of warranty.  Called customer service who kept me on the phone for 40 minutes and then told me to go to a local Dyson service center. They told me they’ve never seen a problem like mine and they think the power cord needs to be replaced and they don’t have the capability to do it. They said they might be able to later in the year and in the meantime offered me $150 “toward“ a refurbished machine. I found refurbished machines on the Dyson site for $350. So after spending $400 on a hairdryer, I now have to spend another 200 to get a used machine if I still want this dryer . Definitely the classic case of pouring good money after bad. I will go spend that money on another brand first. Very disappointed. Dyson should just send me a refurbished dryer in exchange for mine since they will ultimately fix it and resell it for near the original cost.  By the way, why do they have so many refurbished hairdryers? Because the product is deficient!

I just bought a Dyson V15 today, April 21, from Costco. I came home and unboxed everything. Everything seemed new but when I plugged it in and turned it on to make sure it worked, the particle counter already showed quite high numbers. How is it new then? I feel scammed!

curls not holding

hi there, so I have watched ton of videos on how to use my Dyson. anytime I do my curls they last about an hour. my routine is washing my hairs, drying it about 70% dry, then I go in with mouse (amiga perfect volume mousse) curl my hair, then they would fall in like 30 minutes so recently I stated to hairspray them but the end up lasting like 30 minutes more. I have thick straight hair. does anyone have any recommendations?

Dyson refusing to support Australian Airwrap

Hey I bought a Dyson Airwrap in Australia whilst travelling and then moved to the United States where I plugged the device into the wall outlet and it stopped working. I took it to a service centre in Georgia and the service person literally said to throw it away and buy a new one because they can’t touch it, even though we asked if we can pay for them to take a look at it. Their reason is that Dyson does not support international warranties. This is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing from a company that we thought made high quality products. Can someone either suggest what best to do or a good alternative from a more supportive manufacturer?

Airstrait bought in US, volting issues in Europe

Hello,I saw I am not the only one which had this issue, I bought Airstrait in US, just before the launch in Europe, and I got surprised by the fact that i cannot use a voltage transformer. After so many discussions with Dyson customer support, no solution was found for my case. I would like to be able to change with an European machine. Did somebody managed to solve this issue? Thanks

v12 slim detect cyclone mesh clogging

Customer service have just told me this is perfectly normal nothing wrong with my machine despite telling the agent I’ve followed the trouble shooting and maintenance advice on the app and problem is still persisting! So apparently the new way to clean your v12 bin is by physically using your hands to pull down the hair and dust wrapped around the mesh??? Can anyone help? How did you resolve this and what am I doing wrong? Deep clean has been conducted as per customer service advice but problem still remains. Problem started gradually with small amounts of hair and dust gathering at the top and now this is how it collects regularly.

animal 3 wont rotate. nothing stuck in intake side/pickup

The animal 3 wont rotate.  Wife popped the brush head off. Nothing. Took it apart for the easy stuff, container,  wand, side, air filter, brush head etc.nothing. It’s all clean (and wobbly which I assume is normal) but neither the brush section or ball section will rotate allowing you to vacuum.  I’ve tried calling Dyson, but between that failure and YouTube videos I have found no answers.  Suggestions appreciated. Thank you

Dyson V8 stopped working. Charger or Battery?

Dyson suddenly stopped working after only a short period of time.Replaced in charger, did not recharge, no flashing lights whilst attempting to charge.When removed from charger and trigger held on, one red LED flashes four times followed by one blue.I have been informed this means the charger is not working but before buying a replacement I am looking for reassurance this is correct.

Hello. My hair dryer has a problem. When I turn it on, it immediately turns off, and so on again and again.... I use it and I have to dry my hair and constantly hold the power button with my finger so that it doesn’t turn off. Then after 3 minutes it starts working normally and won’t turn off on its own. How can you claim that you make returns easy?

I have been waiting over 4 months now for my money. Dyson received the device a few months back, per the postal tracking alert and their own email stating as much.But where is my money??? Not in my bank account.Like, I'm gonna needs some interest on it at this point. This is ridiculous. Has anyone ever actually received a refund for Dyson? Like does that happen, cause based on what I'm seeing on Reddit and other forums, this seems to be more common than not. If an employee reads this, can you get me some information? Every time I call in it takes over an hour to basically get told that they cant help me.

How to get 360 Vis Nav to vacuum toe kicks under cabinets?

I am having a problem getting the 360 Vis Nav to actually vacuum the “toe kick” under kitchen cabinets.  It is completely ignoring them.Could re-mapping help?  Can I only re-map the kitchen area and not the whole house?  The Roomba had a little “whisker” that would extend out and sweep these crumbs completely.

Pulsating vacuum v7 and no response from customer service

I have completed all of the troubleshooting steps to my v7 vacuum pulsating, and have been trying to get a hold of customer support via chat and phone and have not been connected to anyone via chat in over an hour, and the phone line is useless because it only gives me the option to send me a text with troubleshooting tips which I have already done then drops the call.  This is a very expensive vacuum to be buying additional/replacement parts for it is not necessary which is why I am looking to speak to someone. This is ridiculous!

Replace a brand new Dyson Airwrap from India for a US version

I received the Airwrap from my family as a gift. I live in US, when I had reached out to Dyson in June, customer service reps has assured me, i would be able to switch the Airwrap for the US version.I could not get  to the service center, due to a long term medical emergency in the family.When I reached out back to the Dyson customer care today, they are telling me the policy has changed and they cannot replace the Dyson Airwrap for the US version.I need help!!!!!I am stuck with this beautiful expensive piece of technology that I have not been able to use for months now. There has got to be a way to help me with this, so I can use the Airwrap and be a satisfied customer. Can someone from the Dyson community take this back to higher management and help resolve this situation, please? (Edited by moderator – Tags added)

egregious customer service

dyson violated their own return policy with incompetence and disregard. Over five months trying to return an unopened hairdryer. As an owner a dozen Dyson products I will never invest in another. I have a paper trail beginning in 2023 regarding this matter.

Supersonic Pro not turning on…

I’m just wondering if anyone can help or offer maybe some support ??So, it’s taken me a long time to get comfortable using my Dyson Supersonic, especially on clients. At first I couldn’t get used to the shape and the location of the buttons felt awkward. But then slowly I’ve actually grown to love it. Now just as I’m starting to really get the feel of it, it suddenly stops working. I’ve had it just around 6 months. It’s working fine one day and then the next day it just won’t turn on.I contacted Dyson through the chat feature on their website and was told by the representative that my machine is broken and must be repaired. They say I will need to drive over two hours to a Dyson repair center to get it fixed. Only after I tell them that I live in a city and do not have a car do they offer me the option to have it replaced. But then I’m told that there are no Supersonic Pro units available. What the heck? Can this be? I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this happen??No repair cent

Dyson CY27 (big ball) to Dyson DC19 (yellow cyclone), tools

PLEASE. Is there anyone that can help me?My daily driver is my CY27 (big ball). I have recently had a new lounge carpet and cannot push the self adjusting head through it. I still have my DC19, with a turbo head. I need an attachment that allows me to connect the turbo brush from the DC19,to my CY27. (I think I have bought just about everyone on sale at Amazon).I would be eternally grateful, if someone know the solution.
