Canada Bought Airwrap Gift will work in India ?

I just bought a beautiful airwrap for my wife from Canada to India, without knowing it will not work in India.It was supposed to be a Pregnancy gift for her but recently she had a miscarriage and this gift was long awaited. After few days of mental exhaustion she was finally happy to see airwrap but then IT DID NOT WORK.  She has just then move to emotional state again. Please help!! How can I make it work ?Really needs your help

Terrible customer service

Bought a new Dyson V15 on June 2026 and in early December a wheel from the cleaning head broke off. Called to request a replacement and was told that the part was out of stock. The only 2 options given was to return the entire machine and wait for 18 business days to possibly get a new one back. As that was not an option for us I was told that I would receive an email within 2 to 3 weeks letting me know the part was on stock so that I could order one as part of the warranty. Contacted support again today as not email was received and once again the part is not available and the only option is to be without the vacuum for 18 days or more and hope for a replacement (which by the way, the replacement unit was not available to ship at this moment)I got a lot of empty words about how important customers are to Dyson but no real resolution at all. I even suggested having them charge me for the replacement, send the unit to me and as soon as they got my machine back provide me with a credit.

Design Ideas for Dyson V15s Detect Submarine™

Dear Dyson Team,I own the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine™ wet and dry vacuum cleaner and I absolutely love it. While using it I keep wishing for some extra features:Addition of the green beam of light from the Fluffy Optic Cleaner Head to the Submarine wet roller head.  That way I could see stains that are difficult to see otherwise eg dried milk splashes on lime washed wood effect tiles; I can see these with the Fluffy Optic Cleaner Head but when I go back to wash the floor I can’t find them!! Additional of green beam of light on crevice tool head so I can see and clean cobwebs etc. in hard to reach places A miniature Submarine wet roller head for use as an upholstery cleaner and for tough stains on carpet.I hope these ideas are helpful.Regards a Dyson die hard fan :)Marcia.

Dyson airpurifier TP07 fan airflow not working

Hello,One of my customer’s complained that their Dyson Airpurifier TP07 fan stopped working and only works when he clicks open the filter compartment or takes out the filters.They have done all the checks like filter inserted correctly; reset the machine; reset filter, however the issue remains unresolved.Appreciate if anyone here from Dyson Support can assist on thisMachine serial: W9Y-IN-RHA2415A

Dyson Cost Vs. Warranty Length

After giving Dyson just over $1,000 over the past four years, we are done. Four years ago my wife and I bought the V10 Motörhead based on their claim that the battery has a 60 minute run time and will last 15 years. I failed to do my research and didn’t realize they only offer a 2 year warranty. Today, the battery lasts around 4 minutes on the lowest setting. If I run it on max it shuts off around 7 seconds. Dyson refuses to back their $550 vacuum cleaner based on the 2 year warranty. It makes zero sense that they are willing to say the battery lasts 15 years but they won’t guarantee that past 2 years, especially as expensive as they are. The option is to take it in for a repair. Notice the word “take” there. Once the warranty is out, that is the only way to have a repair done. They will not let us ship it to them, we have to physically take it to Dyson to repair it. The closest place to us is in Nashville, TN. It’s only a short eight hour drive to get there. Around the same time that

I have had my Dyson air wrap for a few years however never used the attachments until approx 8 months ago - generally 1-2 times per week - however now the attachments won’t stay in the dryer - is there anywhere this can be sent to be fixed ?

Raise a Complaint to Dyson

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration concerning the service I received for the repair of my V12 vacuum cleaner in Dyson HK.I bought the V12 vacuum cleaner in the mid of October 2022 and everything is good until , end of October 2024. The V12 cleaner motor stop running after the power open for few seconds. However, with no luck, I was going to a business trip and back to Hong Kong at the end of November. I brought the vacuum cleaner to the service centre in Hong Kong after coming back on 26 November 2024.On 26 November, I visited Dyson Hong Kong Service Center and explained the situation to the customer service staff. As I felt so surprised that the V12 cleaner cannot work just two weeks after the guarantee period. I understand that repair fee is required but I still try to ask the cs staff if there is any chance to waive the fee (checking fee and labor fee) as a gesture. However, the cs staff make me felt so shock that they ask me to call CS hotline if I have

How do I get in touch with a Manger in dyson support?

I am reaching out here because Dyson support has poor customer service, and hopefully, someone in the community has a solution.Every time I call and ask to speak to a manager, the call drops when I am getting transferred. I decided to go in-store, thinking that a store near me would have an update on my repair and that they would reach out to me by the end of the day. I never got a phone call or email… I emailed the Dyson email and they said my case would be forwarded to the escalation team but never got an email back and it has been days.This support is awful, and they are all just pointing fingers at each other because I honestly don’t think they have a solution to my lost fan. If anyone has an idea how to actually get in touch with someone high up in support, please let me know; this level of support is awful.

V8 Battery Replacement - Why is this so hard?

After conversations with the support chat and voice, we’re still without an answer.  They keep referring us to SKUs and links to order a replacement battery that do not match what we have.  I am hoping I can provide photos of the battery here and someone can tell me how to order the exact replacement. Thank you for your help.

v15 draining battery in stand by

so ive got a v15. its draining battery when in stand btly mode and doesnt power up straight away, have to pump the trigger a few times to get it going but once its runing its fine. any ideas?

Help!

Hello, my husband bought me a Dyson Airwrap at a store in the United States for my birthday in October 2024 and in December the Dyson turned on a little red light and stopped working again. I am from the Dominican Republic and he is from the United States. Is there a way I can exchange my Dyson for another one or is there a way to fix it and get it working again? I await your response. Accessories hard to detach on a V12

I have a V12 slim. The long shaft attachment is extremely difficult to take off. My husband has to use quite a bit of strength just to pull it off. Is there a way to fix this. Could it be the wrong part. Any help would be appreciated.

corrale straightener will not charge

My straightener is able to briefly turn on and show a flashing empty battery, but once plugged in or in the stand, it doesn’t charge at all. I tried the chat support and they are useless. Won’t allow me to send my straightener in when the nearest service center is hours away. Won’t even send a replacement charger cord.
