Please can you tell me how do I clean all the clogged fine dust that is behind the mesh on the cyclone? The instructions say to use the brush attachment but I need to get the contents from inside out. When I shake it, some dust comes out a bit like shaking flour through a sieve but some of it has clogged and won't move.Any tips would be welcome.
Has anyone else experienced absolutely terrible customer service from Dyson regarding their recycle refund service initiative of £65 back. I’ve contacted customer service three times now asking where my refund is as it was supposed to arrive in 14 days and yet it’s been over a month. Everyone I speak to says someone will call within 48 hours and each time I receive absolutely nothing. I’m getting increasing frustrated and getting absolutely nowhere with customer service? Anyone else?
Ordered new Dyson large round. Brush for air wrap on 20/10/23 have ordered confirmation but no details or information of dispatch date really feel need this brush like NOW to make my air wrap experience complete used large brushes on other devices with fab results (Moderation edit - title updated)
I ordered the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool™ HP07 (White/Silver) and for such an expensive machine it did not work properly. I’ve only had it for two months! I spent almost 2 hours with customer support on 10/31/23 for them to decide that it was a performance issue and that I would need to ship it back to them. I shipped it back and the agent told me to call back as soon as I dropped it off at a UPS so that they can “expedite” the process and ship me a brand new one. I called back the next day 11/1/23 and spent another hour on the phone with them just to tell me that they need to receive it first and that the previous agent gave me “false” information and that the information they’re giving me is the “correct” information. It was such a frustrating process. I called back again on 11/6/23 for an update and the customer support said that the defective Dyson was received and that I should get an email that day with a new tracking for my new Dyson. He mentioned that I should receive the n

We have a kennel of Siberian Huskies and though we have several Dyson corded vacuum cleaners many times for a quick clean it’s easier to get a cordless version. I had my eye on the V12 but the static electricity makes the dog hairs cling to the canister requiring me to be able disassemble the pod from the main body and use a compressor to clean it out. Can you entirely and easily separate the waste container from the main body to clean it? Thanks for your replies siberian (Moderation Edit - Tags Added/Title Updated)
