v15 detect Dyson Torque Drive Motorhead stopped working

My  Dyson Torque Drive Motorhead v15 detect stopped working tried cleaning it . Still it doesn't work.  It has stopped working completely now . Any idea what could be the reason ??

Hi @Krish06 , thanks for your post. Please confirm if the hair screw tool or the fluffy cleaner head spins with the wand removed?
