Iam having an issue with my Dyson V15 Detect where the LCD screen has turned completely white and is unresponsive.
The vacuum itself still works fine, but the display no longer shows battery life, filter status, or performance details.
I have tried fully charging the vacuum, resetting it by holding the power button, and checking for firmware updates through the MyDysom app, but nothing has helped.
This happened suddenly, and Iam unsure if it’s a screen failure or a software glitch. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any troubleshooting tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
