There are several factors which can have an effect on how long your Dyson vacuum’s filters take to dry after you’ve completed your regular maintenance.
After washing your Dyson vacuum cleaner’s filters, shake and tap them to remove excess water droplets.
Let the filters dry completely for at least 24-48 hours in a warm, well-ventilated area with plenty of airflow, such as next to a fan, inside an airing cupboard, by a radiator or on a sunny window sill.
External factors including ambient temperature and humidity can also have an impact on how long your filters take to dry.
⚠ Important: The filters must be completely dry before being refitted. Using your machine with wet or damp filters could cause permanent damage to your Dyson vacuum. Do not dry the filters in a tumble dryer, microwave, with a hair dryer, or near an open flame.
