Hello all,
I just got my new Dyson this week and this evening I started hoovering with it. The screen display was normal for the first five minutes then it just turned grey and white. It didn’t get wet, I didn’t drop it or damage it. Is there an easy fix for this?
I have photos if support want to see it.

Update: I got in contact with Dyson support, they collected the faulty hoover and sent me out a brand new hoover; it’s working a dream.
