Dyson hot cool pure hp01 error message e

I’ve already changed the filter, reset it (by pressing 7 or so seconds on the power buton), unplugged it from the wall socket for 10 seconds, all in vain!
Help me please?!

Hey @Marcko_K thanks for reaching out. I see you are using the correct steps. A couple of things we want to make sure here. 

  • Plug-in unit

  • Turn on power using the remote

  • Press cool (no oscillation)

  • Hold down power button for about 6 secs (display changes to a cross and disappears gradually.

  • It is important to note you want the machine on before you try to reset the filter life.

Since it does not want to go back on, I cannot reset it, but thx anyways…
It did go on briefly for a while when we changed rooms, but now it’s gone back t doing its old shenanigans. Oh well, I’m still hopeful that it’ll turn back on at some point to be able to reset it...
