We’ve just bought a V8 cordless vacuum. We understand that there is an adaptor to make the old accessories fit the new vacuum. Any suggestions?

I have a bit more information now - the handheld Dyson which I think is the DC58 or similar, also was able to use the accessories from my Upright DC40. Does anyone know which adaptor I can use with my new V8 so that I can use the existing accessories? There are so many adaptors listed on the website. Thank you
