I have an Outsize cordless stick vacuum with removable battery. After charging I have to remove battery and put back for vacuum to work. It gets power, before removal, but does no suction. When battery removed and replaced it works fine. Have 2 batteries with same behavior so must be unit. Any thoughts?
I wouldn’t be leaning towards an issue with either battery. Maybe electrical issue with the body component?
This houses the electrical controls and power management system.
Yes! 100% agree
