All the Dyson heads on my V10 damage my wool carpet. I’ve tried everything and nothing works.

Its because the demand isn’t high enough. Large majority of Europe, Americas and Asia don’t have carpeted floors. Hard wood, tile or laminated is common. Capet manufactures also don’t recommend using powered brush bars against woollen flooring.
The barrel (cylinder outside of Australia) range has heads without a brush. I’m unsure if these are universal. Have you checked their website?
