Hello I have a 25 day old Dyson V10 , it cuts off after a few seconds regardless of brush head, or no brush head at all, the vacuum is relatively clean, filter is also clean.

Blockage I’d say! Obstruction somewhere causing it to go on/off. Common place if I remember correctly was in the little opening in the bin, but could be anywhere. This post should help you find where.
