Due to its suction power. The V11 cordless machine is highly efficient on low to medium pile carpets, providing excellent cleaning results. However, for deep pile or thick rugged carpets, it may struggle to pick up dirt and debris effectively.
It’s bet that you speak to the carpet manufacture before purchasing, ensuring that it can be used with a cleaner that has a rotational brush bar.

If you’re ordering from a store or manufacturer, they’ll tell you which type is suitable. I’d advise steering clear of those with a thick pile.
