I purchased some time ago Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute. How I was surprised when I saw that the large Motorbar cleaner head cannot clean even the thinnest carpet. I’ve reported that to Dyson support. After some time they agreed to replace the device to a brand new one. Unfortunately when I got it, the same issue occurs. So the question is: is it just me who is so unlucky or Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners (or at least this model) are not able to clean carpets at all? See the linked video, the issue occurs even for 2-3mm thick piece of carpet.
