I bought this machine about 2 months ago and since then it has been replaced 4 times. All 4 machines have the same problems as below.

Streaks of soap are consistently left on the floor after use.

The trays are poorly constructed—some are falling apart, and debris is not being properly collected.

One of the tank clips is loose and keeps coming off.

Wastewater is not being collected in the lower jar while the machine is operating. Instead, soap foam is collected. Bear in mind, I didn’t use any chemical, except tap water. Not sure where this soap foam is coming from?

There is frequent overflow of water and soap during the self-cleaning process.
The support team is really useless, telling me the same thing again, rather than admitting that these are design faults.
I wanted a full refund. However, the retailer refused and asked me to deal with Dyson. I am stuck in between. Dyson is neither addressing these issues nor giving me a refund. Very frustrating moments.
I have escalated several times, but there is no response from Sr management
I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. £600 has gone down the drain!
