I just received the Dyson Gen5outsize. It says it is supposed to go from carpet to hardwoods without changing the head. Well when you go from carpet to hardwoods it makes a loud rattling noise. It sounds like it is eating the hardwoods. Am I supposed to change the head every time I go from carpet to hardwoods? If this is the case, then this vacuum is definitely not worth the price tag. Has anyone had experience with this? I appreciate any feedback you can offer.
