I purchased the cordless V15 when I put all new flooring in my home. Luxury Vinyl Tile. I have an area rug in my living room and it will not work on it at all. It is a plush carpet, but not that thick. I’m very disappointed in this vacuum. I do not want to have 2 vacuum cleaners!! I have saved the box and think I will take it back. I want a vacuum that can handle all my floor surfaces. Dyson, you messed this one up. I have never bought this brand before and for $750.00 I expected it to handle the tasks I need it to do.
