I have the Wash G1 and sometimes the water doesn’t flow from clean tank to dirty tank. Is this normal to be so finicky? I have to fiddle around with the containers and the connection to get it to work and I can’t work out what I do differently to get it going properly. Can you give any advice, is this normal or should I return the device?
