Solarcycle Morph light - Wake Up

The ‘my Dyson’ app fails to store the ‘wake up-mode’ settings for my Solarcycle Morph light.When i try to save the schedule settings, the app shows an error ‘We’re having trouble connecting’ so the wake-up feature is not usable.My lamp is registered and connected with the app, i can control the light (switch on/off, brightness, ...) without any problems but the ‘wake-up’-mode schedule fails every time….I reinstalled the app but the issue still remains does anyone have an idea how to fix it?

morph light keep switching off and the sensor stopped working

I don’t use the morph light often. Recently I noticed that the light keeps switching itself off and the sensor is no longer working.  anyone facing the same issue?

light always turns off when switching mode after wake up mode completed

I recently bought a Solarcycle Morph Floor lamp, and have been using the Wake-up mode for a while, I noticed after the 30 mins Wake-up mode is completed when the light reaches its maximum setting (in my case I use default), it stays on the max wake up mode (default) for another 30 mins or so, then it would automatically switch to the previous light mode, for example the mode I used the night before I turned it off,so during that extra 30 mins window in between, the status on the app shows ‘Manual’, same as during the Wake-up mode in progress, but during that period, if I manually press any other light mode button on the app, such as ‘Synchronized’ or ‘Relax’ to manually switch to another mode, every single time the light just powers off instead of switching over smoothly…I always have to turn it on again, then everything still works fine after that. I realised it is not a random event due to bluetooth connection since this happens every time when i do that, the location access is also

Morph light keeps turning off by itself - Any Ideas?

I have bought a total of five morph lights.  And four of them have started turning off by themselves after 5 seconds.  It is very annoying.  I have tried to wipe them off with a cloth to remove the static, but this method does not work.  Any permanent solutions to resolving this very annoying problem?

Lamp not working - Unable to connect a CN version to the UK app.

I have a Dyson lamp that was sourced in China. Because I am in U.K. not able to use the app, and so cannot get the lamp to work. Contacted Dyson in U.K. but no help. Any ideas before I bin it?

Solarcycle task light app settings issue - No Connection

I have just gotten the Solarcycle Task Light and set it up, and I am having an issue with the app. In the MyDyson app on the 'Your light's configuration page' I always see a 'Connection failed' message in the 'Daylight' and 'Age adjust' sections (see images below). Tapping 'Retry' does nothing but re-display this message. Bluetooth on my phone is turned on, and confirmed to be activated on the light (hold motion button down until the main light flashes twice). This is despite the light actually adjusting the brightness and color throughout the day, based on my set location, so it looks like it's working even though the app tells me there's no connection. I'm on an Android phone (Samsung A21) with the most current/updated app. It doesn't matter if the light is powered on or off, the app always displays this message. Nor does it matter if the light is set to manual or synchronized mode. I have removed and added it back to my account with the same issue always recurring; I am able to set
