Once your machine is connected and a successful map has been created, press the settings icon in the top right, then select ‘Mapping a zoning’.

From here, you will be presented with several on-screen options.

  1. Map overview – This shows a 2d image of your existing map. If new areas of the map are discovered whilst cleaning, they will be shown with a darker outline. Choosing the ‘Manage zones’ option will add this area for future clearing sessions.
  2. Map name – This name can either be selected from an available list or entered as a custom name.
  3. Managing zones – Zones can be created, edited, or deleted by selecting this option.
  4. Manage restrictions – Restrictions can be created, edited, or deleted by selecting this option.
  5. Remove map – This removes the existing map.
  6. Create new map – This instructs the robot to explore the home to create a new map. The machine will navigate around the home with the brush bar off and must return to the dock on it own to compete this process.
