Owners of Dyson Connected heaters, cannot control the heating feature remotely via the Dyson App. This is due to safety standard UL 1278, as required by the US government.
This ONLY affects our products with a heating function. In this instance, please use your physical Remote to control the heating.
The safety standard UL 1278 came into effect in March 2019. Any product manufactured before March 2019 does not have to comply, but any product manufactured after this date does.
