Pairing the Dyson Zone™ headphones to the Dyson App can be done in one of two ways. Either click on the purple + symbol when you log into the app for the first time or go to the burger menu in the top left-hand corner of your app and follow the steps provided.
Please note:
- The headphones pairs with your device through Bluetooth connectivity.
- The headphones will need to be switched on and Bluetooth on your device will need to be enabled.
- The range of Bluetooth is around 30 feet or 10 meters. This communication range can become reduced however, depending on obstacles or the environment the air-purifying headphones are being used in.
- There is no limit to the amount of products that you can connect to your Dyson App. There is also no limit to how many app accounts that a product can be connected too.
- To connect your machine to the Dyson App your device required use of a local WIFI or that of a data service.
- The local environmental data shown in the Dyson App is populated through the use of this local WIFI or data service.

The Dyson YouTube channel hosts a vast amount of content that can support on this process. As well as those that provide tips on using, maintaining, and getting the best out of your Dyson machine. Simply use the on-screen search option or navigate through the playlists to start viewing these.
