Authentication
If you’re creating a MyDyson™ app for the first time, or are logging into an existing account, you’ll be asked to authenticate.
The authentication email will be sent to your registered email address. It contains a verification code to input as you log into the MyDyson™ app.
What happens if I don’t receive my authentication email?

Ensure that you are typing in your email address correctly.
