I purchased a Dyson Cyclone V10 animal in Nov 2021. After cleaning and drying the filter, the filter light keeps flashing.  Does this mean we need to replace the filter? If so,  where do we purchase it from? Is it normal for filters needing to be replaced

after 2 years? Does my insurance or warranty cover this?

@Gcoyne  we do suggest changing your filter. You can order a new filter for your machine direct from Dyson.com, select support and then choose your machine and you will see a parts page with the filter listed.

OK thanks.  Is my vacuum still under warranty for this or will my insurance cover it?

@Gcoyne if you reach out to support by the live chat icon from the website the part can be sent to you at no charge. Warranty would not typically cover normal wear and tear however with the filter we are more than happy to send that as a one time courtesy for you.
