Airstrait makes hair look and feel damaged and isnt that straight

Just treated myself to the Airstrait. I’ve had the dyson hair dryer for years and had been using Hershesons straighteners for many years too, the latter of which just broke so I thought I would get myself a birthday present with the airstrait.

i am so disappointed. It makes my hair look and feel damaged but my hair is actually healthy, well it was before I started using the Airstrait. It doesn’t get it nearly as straight as hair straighteners and it makes my hair look and feel like there’s a residue in it - like I’ve not properly rinsed out the conditioner.

For a product that’s nearly half a grand in cost I expected to be walking around with salon hair every day. Alas my hair looks worse than someone who’s used a £30 pair of straighteners. My daughter, who has a very different hair type to me has exactly the same problem with it.

I’m following the instructions - anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
