Alright.
Are you using the correct size screw driver?
I had to replace ours last month, the Dyson rep sent me a link to this YouTube video over chat. It helped me out on how to go about the whole process. It might do the same for you.
doesn’t solve the problem if the screw is too tight and I'm using the proper tool
