They’ve got a filter purchase page just for the purifiers. I’m not sure where in the world you are, but this is what shows on the US site:
If it isn’t on their website, you’ll be best to call them and order a replacement of the phone.

Slightly different image, but I expect this is just a standard for the models. When you click through to the webpage, they have an image of the filter you have.
