Warning icon prevents continious monitoring

We’ve been experiencing a warning icon on our Dyson hot and cool purifier (https://www.dyson.co.uk/support/journey/guides/368865-01?machineId=368865-01) for the past month, things we’ve tried to fix it:

  • hard reset
  • powercycling 

I’ve also followed instructions to enter the diagnostic mode and have the following error codes







any ideas would be appreciated, the errors are preventing us from getting any information about air quality and temperature, however the heating element still works.
