Hey all:
I was cleaning my Dyson ball animal 3 Extra for the first time tonight and noticed in the brush head a red button to get the brush head out.
however, that is all that comes out and I need tips on reaching the red “claw” like plastic things attached to the motor assembly. There are all sorts of hair and stickers I want to get at but the red button only releases the casing(?) I want to say and leaves the main part in the way.
any tips or advice would be great!
