I can’t get the head to attach to the body of my new Animal 3. All the instructions say it clicks in place, but mine is not lining up. Help!

Skip to 3.48. There’s a demo of the cleaner head attachment.

Make sure you’ve order the correct part. They have so many versions out there, if it still isn’t fitting, you could of ordering the wrong part by accident.
