I have bought a total of five morph lights. And four of them have started turning off by themselves after 5 seconds. It is very annoying. I have tried to wipe them off with a cloth to remove the static, but this method does not work. Any permanent solutions to resolving this very annoying problem?

Other than resetting the light or contact Dyson directly for support, I wouldn’t know what the best course of action would be to take. Here is some resource to help troubleshot the problem.
