airwrap stopped working after 5th use | Dyson Community

I got a Dyson airwrap for Christmas. It cut out when I was using it for just the 5th time last night. The filter light was flashing even though it was completely clean. I used the filter brush, rinsed the filter cage and dried it overnight. It’s still not working. Such an expensive product and broken after less than four weeks! Any advice?

Hi there @Spanz85 when cleaning you want to make sure you slide the filter cage down and really scrub that metal filter area as well. Build up in those tiny holes will cause your machine to overheat and shut down or not power on.
