Dyson V 12 - Dyson Turkey bad!

1.5 years ago we bought the V12 because Dyson is robust and high quality. The product has chronic problems. The material used in the main frame joints is very poor quality. It started leaking air in a short time.The draft and dust container started not to turn the wind correctly.3 days ago we called after-sales services. (According to Turkish law, this product is a hidden defective and defective product)We demanded a replacement, but they lie so easily!I'm surprised, saddened and very angry.I searched the e-mails of the top managers, but some of them have moved to another company.The bottom line. I regret buying Dyson.There are so many complaints about it from every country in the world.Dyson has not been honest.I want to replace this bad product immediately.Sincerely regards

I had a problem with my V12 and contacted customer service. I was told that a replacement V12 would be delivered and to pack my faulty product securely. As I didn't have the original packaging I needed to source suitable packaging and tape, which I did but in doing so had to delay the courier delivering as my return wasn't wrapped . I rearranged the courier. When he arrived he said that my faulty product had to be open as he had to check all the components were there and that he had his own packaging! He went onto say that this happens on a regular basis. I think Dyson need to address this. I wasted a lot of time and money.

The new floor dok for gen5 no longer has weighted bottom and the pole now comes in two pieces which means the gen5 bends the floor dok making it unsafe.

Why is Dyson customer care so bad?

I have spoken to 4 customer care representatives over the last 4 days to resolve a problem of the wrong floor dock for my machine being delivered. It seems to be my fault that they didn’t supply me with an order number! I was told by the second representative I should listen to her and not be disrespectful, which I was wasn’t. It was her who wasn’t listening to me! I hope somebody listens to the tapes, being assertive isn’t disrespectful!

Can some one please help me with my -Order number: 1505899425, the DPD driver is refusing to deliver my Dyson.The same driver didn’t deliver and on top uploaded the outside of my building and another random house as a evidence that the delivery attempt was made. i am feeling really exhausted and frustrated , i need help with the delivery please. i have made numerous calls to DPD explaining the situation and also to the Dyson customer service - case number :40291023 , my family suffers from allergies and we can’t use the purifier that is payed for . Thankyou!

Dyson V12 Slim Absolute Fault

Hello, I am wondering if there is anyone higher up in the company who could help me with the issue of my broken V12 machine. I will list the issue below because I am not happy with the response from Customer Service hence my joining this site. There also appears to be no dedicated complaints facility. I purchased the machine in July 2023 and in December that year the machine kept cutting out several seconds after being switched on. The main body and cyclone were replaced under warranty. Just over two weeks ago the same fault developed and I telephoned Customer Services. I was told that the main body and cyclone would be needed to be replaced again, but the parts were not in stock. I have just telephone Customer Services for an update and I was told the parts are still unavailable with no idea when they would become available. Having spent over £500 on what is supposedly a premium product I am still in effect without my machine. I get a vibe of ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude from Custom

Vacuum V15 keeps turning off several times

Hi,I have my V15 for less than a year. In the past weeks it started to switch off every time I use it.After few seconds it turns off, it does this 3 or 4 times and then it works just fine.I clean the filter regulartly, it looks very clean. I also fully cleaned the dust bin. Nothing really helps.I don’t think its a problem with the filter and not the battery either since its quite new.There are no error messages on the display. What to do next. I don’t really want to buy a new battery or filter to find out that it doesn’t fix the problem.

V15s Detect Submarine - water leakage

I have encountered an issue with my Dyson product. Water is leaking from the water reservoir of the wet roller head. Overnight, all the water leaked into the drip tray of the cleaning head storage. This problem occurs every time. Please help with advice.

I have been a loyal Dyson customer for several years. Not any more. The customer service operations are a disgrace. Currently Dyson has c£700 of my money held and no sign of a refund. I have been waiting 2 weeks despite several calls for a customer service manager to ring me back : nothing. When ordering on line don’t expect any acknowledgement of any issues if you need to return items Dyson just don’t bother . They literally do not know how to manage a compliant. So I’m leaving the community now I have said my piece, basically don’t buy a Dyson as you can’t rely on anyone to resolve any issues

Dyson Purifier Cool Gen1 TP10 Functionality

My question is fairly simple, however I can’t really find a simple answer on the Dyson site.My questions are: Does the air purification only work when set on Auto? ….or when I have it on fan mode, is the air purification actively working then as well?When I put it on Auto, the fan doesn’t really run when the air quality is good however I like to have the fan running all night while I’m sleeping and I’m simply curious whether in fan mode it is still actively purifying the air while we sleep OR is it simply blowing air around?

Dyson Wet Roller Head

I bought the new Dyson Submarine machine in December of 2023. Nearly $1000 for this machine. I was stoked to see a machine like this as it seemed very easy to use and convenient. Overall the product started out working great! I was excited. Then in March, the wet roller head quit working. I called Dyson, they said they would replace the head but it was out of stock. I said okay no problem. One month later, I didn’t see an alert on my email that it was back in stock yet. I called back and they said it was still out of stock but they could replace the machine. I asked how long that would take, they said 10-14 days after we receive your machine. But they said I need to find a box to send it back in and they won’t send the replacement until they receive the broken one. I said, can’t you just send a replacement head? They said no we need to replace the entire machine. I told them I can’t go without a vacuum that long and they didn’t offer a solution. I then contact the better

V11 intermittent power at startup

I have a 9 month old V11. The power shuts off after 3-5 seconds several times but then eventually stabilizes and stays powered on while the trigger is pressed. When I first noticed this about a week ago it would shut down once but now it shuts down several times before working normally. There are no error messages displayed on the screen. The unit is fully charged All filters are cleaned and the dirt receptacle is empty The symptom appears even when I disconnect all attachments from the main unit The symptom appears under all power settings (Med,Eco, Boost)Any suggestions? There is no service center anywhere near me so I am hoping someone can recommend an easy fix. Thanks!

terrible management response

We have 2 air purifiers amongst other dysan fans. One just won’t register the water tank. 4 calls to customer service already plus one direct call with a manager. And STILL NO REPLY OR HELP! Does the management team lack that much power that they can’t make a decision and call back a customer as they “promise” or are they deliberately just avoiding trying to resolve the issue. we are a dysan family and own tons of their product. Have usually been so happy. This time is just shockingly bad.
