When will Dyson respond to the world wide shortage of the Lightcycle PSU replacements? There is a known fault with the Lightcycle turning itself off and it’s been reported by many that it appears to be due to faulty PSU’s. The only problem is you cant find a PSU anywhere. We’ve spent good money on what is supposed to be a quality product. I expected better from Dyson.

The support line at least in Belgium seems clueless and really lacks customer service skills.
The issue with faulty PSU for Solar Morph is reported everywhere and despise warranty period of 5 years stated clearly on the website the service states that it is 2 years and closes any calls for help.
