Hi, not sure if anyone else is seeing this.
on the dashboard it shows ‘off’ but when you click on the details it is actually on ‘auto’.

Thanks, I will reboot my phone and see if this issue persists.


Nothing out of the ordinary on mine. 

If it persists, you may want to reset the headphones to! https://community.dyson.com/your-headphones-and-the-dyson-app-169/power-cycling-restarting-resetting-the-headphones-1430

  1. Turn off the headphones by pressing and holding the airflow button on the left earcup for 5 seconds.
  2. Continue to reset the headphones by holding the airflow button down for a further 5 - 10 seconds.
  3. Refresh the Dyson App by closing and reopening it.
