I am extremely disappointed with how my warranty case has been handled. The item I originally purchased broke after only 8 months of use, despite the care I gave it. When you sent me a "new" replacement under the warranty, I received a product of inferior quality that does not fulfill its function of styling hair.

I reported the issue again, and to my surprise, I was sent the same low-quality item. What am I supposed to do with a product that is not only subpar but fails to perform the basic function it was designed for?

This not only shows a lack of respect for me as a customer but also raises serious concerns about your company's quality standards.
