My machine is now out of warranty and I have the same issue I had with my previous 4 machines the humidifier function stops working. No water comes out on the second level and it has no humidifier function at all. How can Dyson keep replacing the machine knowing this is a pervasive issue with the purifier/ humidifiers. Total waste of money they should continue to replace even outside of the warranty window if they can’t develop a product that does what it’s supposed to do for the price they charge my machines have never lasted more then 8 months. Spend $25 on a target/walmart humidifier it will last longer and be more reliable. Dyson’s quality of products and functionality is not fit for the technology they claim to have.
