I just want to say a massive thank you to Dyson UK for excellent customer service.
My in-laws had a problem with the head on their vacuum, and although it was just out of warranty they very kindly replaced it within a week.
To see this level of trust from a brand these days is huge in my book, especially when considering the cost of living crisis for so many people.
A big thank you from one very happy family.

We’ve never found fault with their service. Even when being out of warranty (within reason). It’s why collectively the family and I have always owned a Dyson.
