It’s abundantly obvious that despite weeks of voice and written communication that Dyson is either completley mis-managed or has a deliberate policy that is designed ignore customers.  I’ve been waiting for a refund for almost a month - and Dyson refuses to respond.  Its beyond comprehension the level of ineptitude.  Dyson should be embarrassed.   The worst.  Spend your money with a company that cares about its customers - not Dyson. 

I am having the same issue and am very angry about the avoidance of returns! I have been advising everyone I know to not order from Dyson because this is ridiculous. Please let me know if you find a solution to getting a response from them.
