Both PM2.5 and 10 are pegged at 999 and have been for a few days. I don’t think it’s accurate given two other fans in the house measure at nominal levels. Anyway to reset the machine or otherwise get it to read air quality accurately?

I had this issue a while ago and I vacuumed the sensor intake on the rear of the unit and it fixed the issue
