Turned my AM07 fan on and ran fine for about 10 minutes then it just stopped as though no power was getting to it. Tried to restart but no good even from remote and also after changing the batteries on the plug and remote.  Any ideas most welcome
could it be the pcb at fault.  Have contacted digital assistant and phoned customer services and did all the basic checks several times with no joy and asked to speak to a technician but would not allow me but say I can pay £99 to get it fixed.  Has anyone had this power problem?  Thanks
