Hey Everyone, 

I have a question regarding a notification I am getting on my Dyson Pure Cool Air Filter (DP04). I searched high and low online to find the answer but I found myself reaching out here in hopes someone else has had this issue and can answer faster. 

I have replaced my filter twice now and now I am getting this warning red blinking light (see pic) - it seems to be trying to tell me that something is wrong with one of the filters. Both have been replaced and both are new. I have pulled them both out and reset - still no change. 

Has anyone else had this issue or can you help with how to fix it? 

Any help is hugely appreciated.

Hi Summer, 

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I did follow the instructions when I first changed it and reset the fan after and it is still showing one filter green and one filter red. I can’t figure out why its doign that.
