I have 4 Dyson fans that cannot connect ti the internet anymore. I’ve tried resetting to factory default, restarting my modem. Deleted the app and reinstalling. Nothing is working. While the app connects to the machine it spins forever and gets stuck on this page. 
 

I’ve also turned off ipv6 on my internet. Very frustrated that this issue persists. Dyson please fix this or at least try to find out what the issue is. I will not be buying another machine if there isn’t a solution to this.

If it’s not the second step it gets stuck on it’s this 3rd error.
