After Nov App update I now can't access the app. I enter details and password and code. It briefly displays the Dyson purifier remote before going back to the beginning asking for a log in  no message about incorrect password! What's going on!!

@Rob KingdomThat sounds like you may have an unresolved software issue, or perhaps you’ve had networking changes.

In any case, any software issue can be resolved by a full factory reset.

Thanks Adam,  Not sure  what the issue was. I closed down the App. Restarted the phone, a Samsung 20fe, and it worked as normal afterward. Must have been related to a phone issue
