I am shocked at needing customer service recently, to see how far a company has fallen in service standards. Having owned Dyson products for a very long time, I needed to contact them regarding a sheared off part on a new Dyson. This led to the most appalling service I think I have ever received from any company. Online ‘chat’ was slow, unhelpful, frustrating and ended up with being told misinformation which, when contacting again, turned out to be incorrect. I asked to make a complaint and was fobbed off many times. Then I was told my complaint had ‘automatically been raised’ and then an odd email followed ‘addressing’ my complaint (aka trying to get me to go away.) Dyson Owners support group are anonymous - does anyone actually take ownership of customer complaints? Just a generic sign off on all queries. This complaint has now trundled on and STILL has not been dealt with - it now includes a potential GDPR concern. From Dyson? I have SILENCE.
