Hello guys. Cant belive this but.. may have been scammed but not sure. Someone from Facebook marketplace came to my house to buy my v11 that I no longer wanted, and he also came with a v11. He came in and played around with the batteries a bit and I was watching him. He then said OK great, BACS OK? I said no, cash only please.

He then left and hasn't returned. Silly me, perhaps. Although he does a have a genuine ltd company.

I did register my product when I first bought it. How can I tell if he's swapped the batteries? Will dyson be able to tell me, having registered the product? As in, codes on battery perhaps. TIA
